AFFECTING BERLIN’S MORALE
BRITAIN’S NEW HIGHPOWER BOMBS SHELTERS BECOME DEATHTRAPS [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] (Rec., 2 p.m.) New York, Apl., 21. Britain’s new highpower bombs are having a deadly effect on the morale of the people of Berlin.
