TEN YEAR PACT
GERMANY AND RUMANIA ECONOMIC PLAN | [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] IjONDON, 4th December, j Berlin reports that Germany and Rumania have signed a 10-year agreement for economic reconstruction in I Rumania, which “applied to Berlin for I support and co-operation.” ! Germany, under the pact, will grant | comprehensive long-term credits under j special conditions and undertakes to provide the equipment and experts necessary for developing Rumanian agriculture, in addition to capital needed for draining and irrigation. Germany places technical and financial aid at Rumania's disposal for the de-eiopment of industry. Rumania will de-elop and extend her means of communication to her natural markets wirhin the framework of the new European order
Both Governments will ensure that Rumanian products are sold in German markets at fixed prices, independent of economic crises.
