NEWMAN SHIELD MATCH
CITY ASSOCIATION TEAM TO PLAY WAIMEA AT WAKEFIELD M. Guy has notified that he is not available to represent the City Cricket Association in the Newman Shield match against Waimea at Wakefield on Ist, 2nd and 3rd February. The team now is: J. Newman ‘captain). M. O'Keefe. R. Knapp. E. R Neale. J. Stevens, T. Vass. J. Ching. A. E. Mitchell. R. Karsten. R. Busch, J. Du Feu. Twelfth man: K. Lumsden. The team will travel to Wakefield by bus, leaving Newman's Garage at 9 a m. Senior fixtures will be drawn provisionally for Saturday next.
