ENGLAND, FRANCE AND RUSSIA GERMAN ESTIMATES tU.P A —Bv Electric Telegru pb— Ccoyrieht BERLIN, 25th January. England, France, and Russia together possess 20,000 warplanes, according to an article in the “Volkischer Beobachter,” signed by Captain von Zeska, a member of the German High Command. It is believed that the figures are based on estimates by the German Intelligence Service.
The totals, including reserves, are: Britain 6000, France 5000, and Russia 9000. The wartime strengths of armies are given as follows:—Britain 2,000,000, France 4,600,000, and also 1,500,000 coloured troops, Russia 11,000.000. Germany’s strengths are not mentioned.
