JAPANESE SHAVING BRUSHES CONFISCATION ORDERED IN CANADA lU P.A.-Bv Electric Telegraph-Copy riahD (Received 24th January, 12.45 p.m.) OTTAWA, 23rd January. The Government has ordered the confiscation throughout Canada of all Japanese shaving brushes as the result of the death from anthrax of a man in Dakota (United States). The brush used was traced to a shipment from Tokio to New York, part of which was sent to Canada and distributed widely. The sale of these brushes was made a criminal offence.
