ARAB OPPOSITION THREAT OF BOYCOTT I U P A.—By Electric Telegraph—Copvriehtl (Received 24th January, 9.0 a.m.) CAIRO, "3rd January. The Premier of Iraq, General Nuri, said htat he flew to Beirut in an attempt to overcome the Grand Mufti’s opposition to the representation of all Palestine parties at the London talks. Followers of the Grand Mufti threaten to boycott the conference if the Palestine National Defence Party is represented. ARAB OPPOSITION PARTY TWO MEMBERS AS OBSERVERS (Received 24th January, 12.45 p.m.) CAIRO, 23rd January. Arab delegates to the Palestine Conference in London will leave Port Said on 24th January. The Grand Mufti agreed that two members of the Arab opposition party attend *vs observers.
