APPEAL FOR FUNDS £5,000,000 NEEDED lU.P.A. —By Electric Telegraph—Copyrightl (Received 29th November, 1.55 p.m.) LONDON, 28th November. Leaders of Jewry decided that £5,000.000 was necessary to rescue Jews From Germany, of which British Jews and sympathisers will be asked to raise £3,000,000, and the United States and other countries £2,000,000.
