RESULT ANNOUNCED The following is the result of the lucerne growing competition conducted by the Nelson A. and P. Association. L. H. Hammond, Appleby, 80pts .... 1 C. J. Palmer, Wairnea West, 75pts .... 2 G. J. Wilkinson, Tapawera, 75pts .... 3 Miss Rita Arnold, Wairnea West, 70 points ! 4 In the competition for cow-grass there was only one entry and this not being up to standard no award was made. Mr D. Merry of the Department of Agriculture acted as judge of the competition.
