ARBITRATION COURT
SITTING AT AUCKLAND ACCUMULATION OF CASES (Ey Telegraph-Press Association] AUCKLAND, This Day. Twelve months to the day it last commenced its local sitting, the full bench of the Arbitration Court will sit at Auckland on 18th August to deal with an accumulation of cases in the Northern Industrial District. The news was received to-day with a measure of jubilation in union circles, as a number of industrial organisations have since the introduction of the new Government legislation been operating without awards and agreements. The Auckland session will be presided over for the first time by the Act-ing-President of the Court, Mr Justice C'Regan. It is expected that the court will be occupied at Auckland for two or three months.
