[United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph— Copyright! SYDNEY, 28th April. At the Victoria Park races, Red Clover and Silver Coat were unplaced in the Three and Four-Year-Old Handicap. Hands Up and Silver Coat were unplaced in the Welter Handicap. Jubilee Singer was third in the second division of the Encourage Handicap.
