THE WEATHER
COLD AND FINE A bright, sunny day yesterday was followed by a night that was less cold, less than two degrees of frost being recorded in Nelson and over three degrees at the Government Research Orchard. The bright sunshine yesterday totalled 7 hours 55 minutes. The barometer this morning was down a little, but the day was sunny, with a cold breeze.
