REST ROOM APPEAL

YESTERDAY’S STREET COLLECTION SUM OF £3O RAISED The one shilling collection in the city and suburbs made yesterday in an endeavour to raise funds to help meet the cost of the new Plunket and Women’s Rest Room which is in the course of construction in Trafalgar Square, met with a good response, the sum of £BO being collected, including town schools and donations. The Plunket Committee desires to thank the following organisations for their help yesterday, also the headmasters of the schools for their cooperation: Townswomen’s Guild; St. Vincent de Paul; The Cathedral, and .
