DOG TRIALS

MARLBOROUGH FIXTURE WIN FOR I. ANDERSON’S' GLEN W ith an entry of 58 dogs for the heading'. bringing back, and holding in the ring class a longer period than was estimated was occupied with the second event on the Marlborough Collie Dog trial Club’s programme at the annual trials at the Vernon rifle range, the final result, not being .available until well on in the afternoon. The winner was a Kurow dog in I. Anderson’s Glen, and interestingly enough John Anderson, isem- s, Toby again was the runner-up with .just a’point less. Tile other three places were all taken up by visiting competitors.
