WHEAT CONFERENCE
TO PROMOTE SALE OF CANADIAN GRAIN TO MEET GENERAL SITUATION (United Press Association—By Electric ; Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 30tli "January, 9.15 a.m. ) ' ’"'OTTAWA, 29th January.
The Minister of [Trade and Commerce Mr W. D. jEuler, announced that he had invited : grain growers, dealers, exporters the Wheat Boat’d, co-operative producers and millers to confer at Winnipeg on' 25tTi February on the means of promoting the sale and .use of Canadian wheat.
The' Minister said that the conference was being called in recognition of the desirability of sustained action promote the ’sale ’and use of wheat with’no special reference to the present wheat surplus, but rather to the general situation which promises to exist for years to come.
