SQUADRON NEAR PERTH PRELIMINARY WORK BEGUN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy right) (Received 10th January, 11.15 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. ■ As part of the Federal Ministry’s plan to increase the aerial defences of Australia a squadron of the Royal Australian Air Force will be established within the next two years in Western Australia. Preliminary work has been begun at Bullsbrook, thirty-eight miles from Perth, where an aerodrome will he built and twelve modern fighter aeroplanes permanently stationed.
