A charge of stealing £3B Os Bd, the property or the Clem Dawe Revue Company, was made against Colin Moore Mitehinson (22), I treasurer, at the Police Court to-day. He wps remanded to 17th June. When bail was mentioned the prosecutor sard it should be substantial as tire total sum involved was about £3OO. Counsel for accused said he understood it was more a matter of muddlemeut than of deliberate theft. Bail was fixed at £2OO.
