THE ROYAL TOUR
FOR MARSEILLES TO BE OF INFORMAL NATURE (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, Ist September. The Duke of Gloucester will fly to Le Bourget in the Prince of Wales’ aeroplane, accompanied by a staff of four, whence he will travel by rail to Marseilles to join H.M.S. Sussex. Details of the time and place of departure from England are not settled and will be of a private and informal nature. Owing to quarantine difficulties, the Duke of Gloucester is obliged to leave behind his favourite pet Aberdeen terrier Dougal who hitherto has gone everywhere with him in his car and aeroplane, to official and private engage, mentsf and even to camp with the Tenth Hussars. LONDON, Ist September. The Duke of Gloucester left Balmoral Castle for London. He is staying at Buckingham Palace until .Tuesday when he will depart for Marseilles.
