MURDER IN SAMOA
NATIVE FOUND GUILTY RECOMMENDED TO MEROY (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) APIA, Ist September. Siaosi, of Tuanai, Upolu, charged with the murder of Sifaga (also of Tuanai) on 13th July, was found guilty and sentence of death was passed by duet Judge Lnxford. The assessors recommended mercy. The sentence and the recommendation will be submitted to the Go vernor-G eneral.
