GENERAL COMMERCIAL TREATY FORTHCOMING DISCUSSIONS (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, sth April. A delegation of Polish coal owners will arrive in London next week for a discussion with British coal owners cn markets and prices. Although the meet ings will b e " between industrialists, it was on the Government’s suggestion that the Mining Association invited Polish industry representatives to this country. The discussions are zi seque* to the recent British trade mission o Poland, and are of special interest in view of the fact that negotiations will begin shortly between the Polish and British Governments for a general commercial treaty.
