RESTRICTING MEMBERSHIP rURE ARYAN ORIGIN (United Press Association— By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 7th April, 9.15 a.m.) BERLIN, Gtli April. The Nazi Party's supreme court has ruled restricting membership of the party to “German, nationals of pure Aryan origin.” The party organisations, have .been instructed that in doubtful cases of ancestry it must be investigated back to the year 1800. “The infusion of new blood before then is almost impossible, as mixed marriages "only began with the Jewish emancipation.” The ruling goes further than the previous Aryan clause, which only disqualified persons with Jewish parents.
