STRANDING OF WAIHEMO
FINDING OF MARINE COURT MASTER TO PAY COSTS (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SUVA, 6th April. The Marine Court investigated the stranding of the Waihemo. It found the master had committed an error of judgment, not amounting io negligence and not requiring the censure of the court. The master was ordered to par the cost of the inquiry £8 Bs.
