OPFNINO THE CEREMONY British Official Wireless RUGBY, sth April. The Prime Minister and the Marquess of Londonderry, Air Minister, to-morrow will fly to Liverpool to attend the opening of the new airport. After the ceremony they will attend a civic luncheon. The Prime Minister will fiv hack to London in the afternoon.
