CHINESE ROTARIAN
TO VISIT NEW ZEALAND [By Telegraph—Press Association] NEW PLYMOUTH, 22nd December. Cable advice was received to-day by Mr T. C. List, governor of Rotary in New Zealand, that the International President, Mr John Nelson, Montreal, had appointed Rotarian Fong Soo Sec, M.A., LL.D., Pli.D., Shanghai, a director of Rotary International, to specially represent Rotary International at the annual conference of Rotary clubs of the. Dominion to be held at New Plymouth on 27th and 28th February and Ist March.
Dr Fong has been described as one of the greatest living Chinese, a deep thinker, an authority on international relations, and one of the most eloquent and earnest speakers modern China lias produced.
