BEDELS (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day., St. Patrick’s College, Silverstream, won both the O’Connell Shield for debating and the Kemiedy Cup for oratory from St. Bede’s College, Christchurch, the previous holders, in the annual contest.
