SUGGESTED TRADE AGREEMENT (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—CoDyright) OTTAWA, 10th February. The motion of the Hon. William Duff, calling for an endeavour to negotiate a reciprocal trade agreement with the United States, was reinstated on the House of Commons order paper after removal through Mr Duff's absence. It seeks to exchange fish* and farm products for manufactured goods and oil.
