TRIBUTES IN COMMONS (British Official Wirelesß) RUGBY, 16th June. Moving tributes to the personality of tho late Minister of Education, Sir Donald MacLcati were jfaid in the House of Commons from all parts of the House. Mr Baldwin described Sir Donald as a great personality, one of the men who were the very salt and saviour of our public life.
