THE STEVENS CABINET THREE MORE SEATS TO LANGITES (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 18th June, 10.0 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The new State Cabinet, consisting of twelve full Ministers and three assistant Ministers, two of them honorary, were sworn in. Sir Daniel Levy, who was Attorney-General and Minister of Justice in the temporary Cabinet, has been dropped. He is recommended for Speaker. Of the original ten, the other nine remain, the six new men being: — Mr Manning, M.L.C., AttorneyGeneral and Vice-President of the Executive Council. Mr Jackson, Minister of Local Government. Mr Vincent, Minister of Mines and Forests. Mr Martin, Minister of Justice. Mr Spooner, honorary Minister assisting the Colonial Treasurer. Mr Hawkins, M.L.C., honorary Minister assisting the Minister of Labour and Industry. Mr Ryan is now assistant Minister in the Legislative Council. The results of the undecided scats arc as follows: Mr Lazzarini, sitting Labour member, won Marrickville with a majority of 4G7 votes; Mr Davies, sitting Labour member, won lllawarra by 47 votes after a distribution of preference; Mr McGirr, sitting Labour, won Bankstown by 1110; Mr Fleck (United) won Granville. The Canterbury seat is still doubtful.
