Signor Mussolini, interviewed by the “Daily Express,” said that England and Italy were the only two barriers against the Bolslievisalion of Europe. Roth wore united and disciplined. "America has no policy, and meantime Europe is drifting to disaster and Bolshovisation.” Signor Mussolini added: “Democracy is noLhing. The people arc nothing, and can do nothing. The peoplo of every country are weary of words. They need men of aclivn. They require saviours. The era of war debts and reparations is over, and belongs to the buried past. If German says ‘No Italy will say ‘No.’ ”
