ASSEMBLY DELEGATES (Received 4th March, 8.55 a.m.) GENEVA, 3rd March. ; With the announcement of Japan’s “cease fire” order confronting them at the breakfast table the special SinoJapanese Assembly delegates met with wreathed smiles.
It is significant that tlie whole of America’s disarmament delegates were seated in the diplomatists’ gallery.
