NOMINATIONS FOR COMMITTEE NO ELECTION AT HAMPDEN STREET

The annual meeting erf 'householders for tire election of school committees will be held on Monday evening next. For the city schools nominations have already closed. At Hampden street no election will be necessary as only the required number —all members of the retiring committee—were nominated. The committee will therefore be: Mesdamos Heather and Irnvood, and Messrs P. Jones, L. Page, F. Adamson, F. V. Knapp, A. Robinson, S. Canningtou, and W. Mitchener.

CENTRAL SCHOOL The following nominations have been received for the Central School Committee :—Mesdamos F. \V. O. Smith and F. W. Pitt. Messrs J. N. Easdale, W. Cliecl, F. Mitchell, E. A. Wood. H. Wood, 11. Barltrop, It. Leaper (all members of the old committee) and F. W. Cotton and A. 13. Walker. AUCKLAND POINT For the Auckland Point committee eleven nominations have been received for the nine seats as follow: .Messrs T. A. Sea roll, W. B. Beveridge, J. 11. Hogan, W. J. Marshall, J. Hill, L. 11. Bull, A. MeConchie, F. T. Edridge. 11. .1. Sharp. W. McConeliie, R. Watson. A number of the old committee diet not seek re-election.
