MINISTERS' SALARIES
INCREASES RECOMMENDED MR MACDONALD'S HEALTH (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph- -Copyright) (Received'.'list March, 8.45 a.m.) 'LONDON, 30th March. The increase of the Prime Minister's salary from £3OOO to £BOOO yearly, and a salary of .£4OOO /pr the Leader of the Opposition, are among the reco endations of the committee which has examined the payment of Cabinet Ministers.- according to the "Weekly Dispatch." ' Other increases, varying from £1(1(10 to. £3OOO are suggested. Mr MacDonald's health is said to be causing anxiety owing .to the strain of the Naval. Conference.
