DAMAGE BY FIRE
A DWELLING DESTROYED

TAURANGA, This Day,
An eleven-roomed house, owned and occupied by J. Harrison, was totally destroyed by fire late on Saturday. The occupants were all away at the time. The fire engine broke down on the way and the hose was transferred to a motor, but the fire had too great a hold. The insurance on the house was £2OOO in the South British Office and the furniture was insured for £4OO in the same office.
