FURTHER CHARGES

CHRISTCHURCH, This Day
On four charges of breaking and entering and theft, Charles Robert Gray and James Wilford Gray made another appearance in the Magistrate's Court when they pleaded guilty on three charges. Accused were convicted and sentence was deferred. On the breaking and entering count they were committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. The police said the proceeds had been handed over by accused's parents.
