SOUTH AFRICAN SYMPATHY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright Australian Press Association CAPETOWN, 25th October. Non-dew leaders of South African thought and culture, headed by General Smuts, Mr Crcswell. and Mr Roos, and Anglican bishops, have issued a declaration of sympathy with Jewish national aspirations and readiness to assist in the realisation of the ideals. The Zionism declaration states: ‘‘We are confident that Palestine will again he a source of healing and enrichment for a national world.”
