SYDNEY, 26th October. When the men Simpson and Webb 1 appeared in Court to-day on a charge of j assault, following their arrest for participation in the alleged outraging of a married woman, the police stated that the woman concerned now declined to ! give evidence against the accused, who :
were remanded on bail, which was previously refused.
