The great delay by the Privy Council in fixing liability for the Greycliffe disaster is likely to have serious consequences for the dependents of drowned victims, as the time for lodging writs for damages expires on 3rd November next. The Premier, Mr Bavin, will immediately make enquiries with the object of seeing that full justice is done to the dependents.
