A WORLD COMMUNIST PARTY INSTRUCTIONS TO SUPPORTERS SEIZED DOCUMENTS PUBLISHED (By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Australian it, N.Z. Tho newspaper 'Pravda" .publishes two seized documents addressed to Trotskyites abroad instructing them as to the policy to pursue. They show that the Trotskyite3 do not intend to create an independent party but to attempt to overthrow the present leadership. They point out the necessity for energetic preparation for the next congresses . of labour unionists and the Communist International on 15th March. Adherents are instructed to exert every endeavour to see that oppositionist representatives are present to defend the programme and fight against the disciplinary measures adopted by the Stalinites. They declare that tho difficulties of ihe Soviet are duo to insufficient activity among the European proletariat and lack the fighting ability in European Communist parties. They outline proposals based on the idea of a world Communist Party, adding that the present programme is suited for home purposes only.
