FOR SENTENCE George Harold Quavle, who pleaded guilty 4 in the lower Court to three charges of indecent assault, .will come up for sentence. CIVIL Ethelbert Croucher v. Hayes Croucher; order for sale of partnership asset and appointment of receiver. Harry Ostler v. Alfred Percy Dawsoil'; alleged mikreprdsbn'tatioii as to (sale of hotel; rescission of contract and damages. Also counter-claim on promissory notes. Lillian Jane Martin v.
