DEATH UNDER ANAESTHETIC
(United Press Association) NAPIER, This Day. At the inquest on Catherine Gertrude Mackintosh, a recently married woman, a verdict of heart failure whilst under an anaesthetic was returned, conditions being made worse by prior loss of blood due to haemorrhage from an operation considered essential to complete abortion commenced by deceased.
