STARTLING REVELATIONS
A "RED" ARMY IN PARIS

PaRIS, 7th June. Startling revelations - relating to the Comunist organisation in France were made in the Chamber by Deputy Soulier, : who declared the Red army in Paris alone numbered 12,300 men, half of whom were recently reviewed in. com-, panics of 120, with officers. Manoeuvres" were taking place every Sunday. The . officers were armed with revolvers.., There were 170 Communist branches in the French infantry alone. Two. hundred regular officers were members of the Communist Party. The Moscow. Government was, clearly supporting the movement, and France should be warn-, ed by the events in England.
