DOWNING STREET'S COMMENT
"OBVIOUSLY RIDICULOUS" (Received 9th June, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, Bth June. "Obviously ridiculous" is Downing Street comment on Litvinoff's clumsy attempt to link Britain with responsibility of the assassination of Voikoff. Official quarters, replying to comments that, a large number of Soviet Russians were allowed to remain in London, point out that those included in the list after the Arcos raid had already left. The others are only in permissive residence subject to periodic review.
