SIGNED DEATH WARRANT FOR MURDER OF CZAR'S FAMILY LONDON, 7th June. "Clearly Voikoff's murder is an act of revenge," says M. Voikoff was in 1923 appointed head of the trade delegation to Canada, which appointment was cancelled when his association with the Czar's murder was known.
