WHILE DRESSING BURNS PROVE FATAL (United Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, This Day. Euna Ward, aged 4, of Wyndham, flio t | on Tuesday as a result of burns received the same morning. She was dressing before an open fire and her nightdress caught-., alight. Her sister attempted to put out the flames by water, but tlie child received serious injuries before they were extinguished. She was sent to the Invercargill Hospital hut diet! as a result of snock and injuries. t
ANOTHER CHILD SERIOUSLY BURNED INVERCARGILL, This Day. Mavis Perriam, aged 12. whoso parents live al Winton. received serious burns on Tuesday and is now in the Hospital in a serious condition. She was standing before, an open fire when her clothes caught alight.
