INSURANCE CLAIM
ON DESTROYED BUSES 'United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. A claim for £3OOO insurance on two motor buses destroyed by fire in a garage was made in the Supreme Court to day by Inter-city Motor Service, Ltd., against- the Yorkshire Office. The defence was that plaintiff failed to pay the premiums when due, and that there had been a misstatement in the proposal form as to the purchase price of the buses.
