IN MOUNT ALBERT ROROUGH (United Prese Association.) . AUCKLAND, This Day. Ratepayers in the Mount Albert borough carried a loan proposal of £750,000 for Works extending over 14 years including inproved roading and drainage,' the- erection of municipal offices, attonlion to reserves and public conveniences. There was n majority in favour of the last issue at every booth.
