In the House of Commons in the committee stage of the Pensions Bill, on the motion of Mr Neville Chamberlain a new clause was added providing that where an oversea dominion established an insurance pension scheme substantially corresponding with British schemes reciprocal arrangements may lie made whereby pensions payable in one country can he paid to persons while resident in the other.
