GISBORNE HARBOUR LOAN
: - (United Press Association.) GISBORNE, June 16. The Gisborne Harbour Board to-day accepted an offer of a loan from £250,000, being tlie first instalment of the loan of £750,000 authorised years ago by the ratepayers.
