“REMARKABLE ADVERTISEMENT”
NEW ZEALAND EXHIBIT AT WEMBLEY i United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Recently most unfavourable criticisms were published of New Zealand exhibits at Wembley. In particular scathing comment was made on some of the sheep set up in the natural form. It is now said that these were lambs, not sheep, and the critic could not distinguish between them. A photograph of the group indicates that it was carefully and skilfully arranged. Air Jones, chairman of the Meat Producers’ Board, cables: “Unanimous opinion of trade and public that New Zealand exhibit of meat surpass anything previously seen under refrigoration and is a remarkable advertisement for the Dominion.”
