MISS LAMMAS’ CASE

CHRISTCHURCH, This Day'Hie Auckland corresponden of 'the Press wires that one of the most remarkable cases connected with Rataim’s healing mission was that of Miss F. Lammas, of Nelson, who was restored to health two and a-half years ago aft' ter many years invalidism. Widespread interest was taken in the cure at; the time and since then there has been a good deal of conjecture as to whether it- , has proved permanent. In view of the forthcoming Hickson mission, a letter 'from Miss Lammas was received by the ; Herald, which goes far towards strengthj ening the faith of those , who hope to benefit from Mr Hickson’s ministrations. I Miss Lammas writes : “I am continu--1 ally hearing from various sources | that my health has failed, and that I am as bad as ever: These reports are totally unfounded, for I am? in perfect health and never have been better in my life. I think a reassurance to tli is effect will do much to convince your readers of the true facts of the case in view of the approach of The Hickson mission.
