The Labour Conference discussed the question pf the party’s attitude towards various internationals, and eventually adopted a resolution to use the Vienna international in an effort, to establish a united organisation. A Birmingham resolution favouring inclusion :in the Moscow International was withdrawn, and a motion condemning the ■occupation of the Ruhr was carried by zi large majority. BRUSSELS, April 2. The Congress of Belgian Socialists, 1-y 389,000 against 238,000 decided against granting the vote to women at Ihhc provincial elections. BERLIN, April 2. .Ex-Prince Sigismund, nephew of the <wx-Kai&er, has gone to South America as t,he agent of Hamburg coffee importers.
